Organic Raw Coconut Water

Coconut water is the clear nutritious liquid that can be commonly found inside a tender coconut. Increasingly popular as a sports drink, it rehydrates the body, tastes refreshing and possesses a lot of health benefits. Coconut water can also be processed into other products.

Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO)

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is consumable oil that is extracted from coconut during a process called cold pressing. Instead of from copra, VCO is expelled from fresh coconut kernel and does not need to be further refined, bleached and deodorized. VCO is used as an ingredient in pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing, in addition to commonly used in home cooking and baking and for personal skin care.

Organic Coconut Flour

Coconut flour is a healthy substitute to traditional wheat flour. Commonly used in baking and cooking, it is obtained during coconut oil production, after completely drying and extracting most of the oil and milk from fresh coconut kernels.

ORGANIC & QUALITY CERTIFICATIONS

AMACOS became the first USDA-NOP, EU Organic coconut products processor for Raw Coconut Water, Virgin Coconut Oil and Coconut Flour in Indonesia following official organic certification from ECOCERT in 2015.

Upon obtaining the organic certification AMACOS coconut products and processing plant comply with all USDA-NOP, EU Organics rules and regulations.

Currently AMACOS state of the art facility in Central Sulawesi is implementing FSSC 22000-2005 a scheme which is fully recognized by the global food safety initiative (GFSI).

Other certifications we obtained are including NON-GMO, KOSHER, HALAL, U.S. FDA.
